President's Welcome

I am delighted to bring greetings on behalf of the Houston Metropolitan Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. Our Chapter represents a dynamic collective of extraordinary mothers, teens, children, and fathers. Our trajectory is to navigate through the unchartered journey of nurturing and empowering our children, while fostering a tight-knit community to develop and enrich our children.

Houston is the fourth largest and most diverse city in the United States. Our voyage from an interest group to a chapter has been a transformative learning experience, similar to navigating through uncharted galaxies. Each step of the way has provided us with invaluable lessons and insights, preparing us for the challenges and triumphs ahead. Our mothers are highly engaged and active, demonstrating a commitment to our mission of developing African-American Leaders.

As we continue this stellar journey, we remain dedicated to fostering a community that is as vibrant and diverse as the city we call home. Our chapter is like a constellation of mothers, each contributing to a universe of support, growth, and empowerment. Together, we will nurture our future leaders and ensure that they have the opportunities and experiences that are simply “out of this world.”
